About Blinkit

Blinkit was founded by Grofers in 2013 and is built around the idea that all Indians should be able to access high-quality products at affordable prices and be allowed to upgrade their lives with the best of technology.

Problem Statement

Blinkit recently reported a 37.2% bounce rate, and traffic has decreased by 23.61% from last month.

Acting as a Blinkit product manager, features are suggested to enhance the customer experience and increase the conversion rate.

Conversion Rate: Adding customer reviews & ratings creates trust among shoppers and a great conviction to purchase the product. So it can convert more visitors into more loyal customers.

User Acquisition: Category classification at the home screen based on offers tempts more visitors and creates user attention to purchase products with offers.

Customer Satisfaction: The addition of the bottom navigation bar, and improved presentation of product features leads to a lower customer effort score.
